Topic: Ooooops I did it again

And I broke it  - again

Busy tuning for high boost last night & broke 3rd gear - eish.

And I wasn’t even racing, just letting it spool from mid rpm, as it got in boost it just revved right thru to the limiter & cut out.
From the sound I thought it was maybe a cv that broke with the drive shaft dragging on the tar. Anyway drove it home.

Gearbox sounds like a cement mixer mixing bricks  :oops:

Now where to from here? get another 7afe & stick to med boost. I dont know if I like the 4AGZE boxes, besides thats a 5k exersize

That's hectic man! My bro keeps breaking the CV on his ZE with the 7AFE box. He did that twice now... lol.

@88RSI - try looking for a better gearbox that will keep up mid to high boost, cos i know there only few toy gearboxes that can handle turbocharged cars on high boost
