Great graph, mine will be that smooth soon and the CAI makes good gains, I know that KSD reads lower than other dyno's, thank you for your contribution

Adding Bosson custom header (PPE replica, not to spec though) and 63-57 exhaust hoping to get that 200nm mark... header compliments of abrahamr ../../extensions/custom_smilies_2/img1/biggrin2

KSD Runx posted the 155kw on his own dyno with his own car and lots of tuning, keeping in mind that his exhaust is less resrictive and has a longer CAI.

I'm planning to sort out my induction for the dyno, cause it suffers from heat soak when standing for a while.

Thanks for posting the graph very interesting and I can't wait to go back to the dyno once tuning is done.

With optimal tuning I believe that 155kw is achievable. Hondata makes a gasket that insulates the intake from the head's heat. One could ceramic coat the induction pipes and intake to reduce heatsoak.

One can try a bigger throttle body to increase flow to the intake, might be worth some power. Had been toying with the idea to reduce the plenum size of the intake to increase flow while adding some proper bellmouths, hopefully there will be some gain in that. Due to the split design of the stock intake, the modified plenum just bolts up.

New intake is in the works, I have a custom intake from my 20v turbo which is 3" with 80mm throttle, will machine a adapter plate to make it fit. I believe just with tuning we will get 155kw, next stop 160kw and after some engine work and cams wow who knows.
