anyways, thurday night car driving fine, friday on the way to gym she does not wanto to take 5th and 5th gear?
it goes into the link but just makes a grinding sound :-(
so i took he to gearbox spexialist, and got a mechanic to test drive for me, he says it is not the linkeages, but the actual gears inside the box, i did notice a smal oil leak close the gearbox as well, wonder if that could have been the cause of it.
the guys advised me that they will strip the box and replace the 5th and 6th gear as a full gear box recon is not neccessary as 1-4th works perfectly, so total cost R4000.
any one experienced this? and any advice they can give me will be appreciated.
im thinking of fixing the gears and just selling the car, i dont understand how it can just all of a sudden decide to break.

I have a '91 Twincam and recently moved from Dbn to Langebaan. My problem is that she is currently running cold and over-fueling.
